Order Steps :-
Step 1 : You submit enquiry to AcePrintShop ask for quotation at email : sales@aceprintshop.com .
Step 2 : AcePrintShop revert with quotation, You confirm order and make payment
Step 3 : You submit design artwork / You engage professional designer to create design
Step 4 : AcePrintShop check your design artwork file a)file ok, accepted, b)file problem found, you need to resubmit the file until accepted
Step 5: We Proceed your accepted file for print
Step 6:You receive goods
Note:
- Quotation valid for 30 days upon date given, not inclusive of design and delivery cost if any.
- Advance full payment required upon order confirmation.
- Print lead time 7-9 working days upon design file ready and accepted, longer lead time require for customized order.
Order Process Flow Chart

1) You Submit Enquiry

Email your enquiry at following format :-
  • Printing Item : Name Card/ Flyer/Booklet/Poster & etc
  • Paper Quality : 260gsm art card/ 80gsm simili paper/ 157 gsm art paper
  • Quantity : 1000pcs/ 5000pcs/10,000 pcs
  • Side : Single/Double Size : A4/A5
  • Other remark : attach design artwork file if any
  • 2) Payment Method
    Payment Mode:-
    Full payment upon order confirmation.
    Payment at SGD$/RM payable to Ace Advertising & Marketing via
    -Cash/Cheque Direct Bank In
    -ATM Fund Transfer/Giro
    -Online Fun Transfer/Giro
    Account Number (Malaysia): AMBB Current Account (Ace Advertising & Marketing)
    Account Number (Singapore): POSB Saving Account ( please ask for currency conversion rate)
    After payment done, kindly scan your bank in slip and email to us at sales@aceprintshop.com
    3a) You submit own design artwork file
    3b) You engage professional design to create artwork, and submit to us
    Design artwork file format at :-
  • Adobe Illustrator (Ai)
  • CorelDraw (Cdr)
  • We have ready template file for download, please send you request to us if needed.
    These template file do not contain any designs, they are specific application files which include predefined guide-lines indicating bleed, safety and trim lines.

    4) We check your artwork file
    a) If ok, will proceed to print
    b) If problem found, will notify you and
    c) you need to resubmit the correct file until accepted


    Common artwork problem :
  • wrong artwork size
  • didn't create outline
  • missing front, min font size 4pts. when you are working on small text, avoid 1) white text on a colored or black background 2) light color text on a white background 3) font types that have thin lines
  • artwork contains pantone/RGB color mode, must use CMYK. Do NOT set black color to (C=100 M=100 Y=100 K=100) artwork contain low resolution image , must above 300dpi
  • element exceeding safe zone, background design must expanded to full bleed size, vital elements are within safe zone

  • To avoid unnecessary delay in printing of your job, please ensure your artwork is void of these common mistakes before submit the file to us.
    5) Proceed Printing
  • Printing lead time from 3-7 days, subject to print items.

  • Note :-
  • +/- 10% differ on the print-out color is tolerable .
  • Different batches of printing may differ, eg : a printout that +10% last month may be -10% in this month, this is tolerable and acceptable.
  • Reprinting of product due to technical problem is only eligible with no charge of content/artwork.
  • No artwork proof checking services provided, you are fully responsible for the accuracy of your print ready artwork file submission .
  • Send file at other format (Ms word, Ms PP) may cost design charges
  • Please preview your designs carefully and correct any issues prior to placing your order.
    6) You receive goods
  • Free delivery services at night time 11pm-12am
  • Special Arrangement : Delivery to Singapore address (additional cost, cost subject to location)
